How tuition works
Edwina gives you the figures in writing at the tour, for the room and the schedule you need.
What sets tuition
Tuition depends on your child's room, the schedule you choose and how many days a week your child comes.
Your child's room
Full day, three days or mornings
Days a week
Registration
Registration opens your child's file. It is paid once, when you hand in the application.
Holding a place
We hold a place once we have your application and registration, and what you pay to hold it goes toward your first month's tuition. If the room is full, your family goes on the waitlist, and offers go out in the order families joined.
Billing
Tuition is billed monthly, at the start of the month, and paid at the front desk by check or card. If a payment is going to be late, tell Edwina and she will talk it through with you.
Help with tuition
If your family gets help from the state's Child Care Assistance Program, tell us at the tour. The office will explain what it covers here and what paperwork to bring.
Siblings
A second child in the family is handled differently. Ask at the tour, and the terms go in writing.
Withdrawing
We ask for two weeks' notice before your child leaves, in writing or in person. The weeks that remain are billed as usual.
